The cost of shipping in Italy (private individuals only – excluding companies and holders of VAT numbers) is: € 6 for a single package up to 3 bottles of 50 cl / € 8 for a single package from 4 to 6 bottles / for one if you spend more than € 110.00, shipping is free (ONLY IN ITALY).

The indicative packing times are 1-2 working days for Italian locations. Orders paid by paypal are generally shipped the next working day after the order, if possible the orders will be processed the same day.

For payments made by bank transfer, the shipment will take place at the time of crediting the bank account. No change in the invoice will be possible after it has been issued.
No responsibility can be attributed to Scoccia S.r.l. in case of delay in order fulfillment or delivery of the order.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check: – that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document – that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage to the packaging and / or to the product (BROKEN BOTTLES OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE) or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately reported to the courier, putting the word “RESERVE” on the delivery note on the Courier service. Subsequently the products will be delivered to you with nothing to pay. Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
Any problems relating to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 3 days of delivery, to be sent by email to info@lascoccia.com. In the event of failure to collect the material in stock at the courier’s warehouses due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, the order will be automatically canceled.
Scoccia S.r.l. reserves the right to deduct the shipping, storage and return costs of the goods at the warehouse from the value of the order.
