SICILIAN BITTER CAROB AND ZAGARA FLOWERS
From the PRECIOUS pod of Sicilian Carob comes this bitter, the result of a wise process of infusion between the fleshy and rustic pulp of carob and the delicate floral note of orange blossom, which gives Scoccia Karat its characteristic thick taste, naturally sweet and sugary.
TASTE
The notes of honey and caramel of the carob evoke the flavor of our land where the warm Sicilian sun grow trees from which we collect the best flowers and fruits to create a perfectly balanced product, from the brown ones and the lingering aftertaste to the palate.
TASTING
It is advisable to serve it frozen as a digestive, or mix it to make cocktails or use it at room temperature to flavor desserts, ice cream and fruit.
