From the juicy and precious spheres of the Sicilian finger lime comes this bitter, the result of a wise process of infusion between the explosive pearls of “Lemon Caviar” and the fresh notes of wild Nepitella, which gives Scoccia CALAMINTA its characteristic strongly aromatic taste.

The spherical vesicles of Sicilian Finger Lime give off an open and slightly spicy aroma that goes well with the wild and delicate notes of Nepitella dell’Etna, creating a perfectly balanced product with a Mediterranean aroma and aftertaste.
TASTING
It is advisable to serve it frozen as a digestive, or mix it to make cocktails or use it at room temperature to flavor desserts, ice cream and fruit.
